The attached Current Website SEO Audit documents the existing website’s SEO condition and will help establish the starting priorities.

Use the attached Current Website SEO Audit as the baseline; validate crawlability, indexation, redirects, metadata, internal links, duplicate content, structured data, and performance; and address agreed in-scope issues in order of business impact.

04 | On-Page SEO & Conversion Improvement

Optimize five priority website pages for search intent and conversion, including titles, descriptions, headings, copy alignment, internal links, calls to action, mobile usability, and applicable schema.

05 | Local Authority & Link Development

Strengthen authority through accurate business listings, relevant local citations, partnerships, associations, and legitimate link opportunities. Purchased or spam-based links will not be used.

06 | Google Business Profile & Local Optimization

Review and optimize business information, categories, services, service areas, photos, and supporting local signals. Align the profile with website content and consistent NAP information.

07 | Content & Messaging Strategy

Create a custom roadmap for service pages, location content, FAQs, educational topics, value messaging, and selective social repurposing. Define priorities, approvals, ownership, and publishing cadence.

08 | Reporting, Insights & Next Actions

Investment Description

Monthly $949 per month, three-month initial engagement; total investment $2,847.

Prepaid $2,277.60 Pay the full 90-day engagement in advance and save $569.40 – (20%).

Optional support: $260 per month. Limited maintenance and updates for Months 4–6; begins only with written approval.

Payment: The initial payment is due upon acceptance. Under the monthly option, Months 2 and 3 are invoiced at the beginning of each monthly service period.

Working Terms

Client participation. The client will provide timely access, accurate business information, feedback, and approvals needed to keep the schedule on track.

Scope control. This proposal covers the strategy, analysis, and agreed-in-scope implementation described above, including optimization of five selected website pages. Additional pages, major redesign, paid advertising, hosting, premium third-party fees, and substantial new copy production require separate written approval.
